Inviting and Managing a Teacher
To get started, head to the Teachers tab. You’ll find this under School Management in the left-hand side panel of your dashboard. You can also access it through the link below:
This section lets you view, invite, and manage all the teachers linked to your school account – and it works just like class management, with a familiar table layout.

Inviting a Teacher
Section titled “Inviting a Teacher”-
Click the “Add Teacher” button at the top-right of the teacher list.

Enter the teacher’s name and email address.

If you’d like the teacher to have additional admin privileges, you can check the “Manager” option.

Click “Add Teacher” to send an invitation. This sends them an email with a link to join your school account.

Editing a Teacher
Section titled “Editing a Teacher”Click on any teacher in the list to open their details. From there, you can:
- Update their name or email
- Assign them to specific classes (click the pencil icon next to the “Classes” field)
- Toggle Manager permissions
- Delete the teacher if necessary

Pending Invitations
Section titled “Pending Invitations”Until a teacher accepts their invite, you’ll see a message noting it’s still pending.
You can:
- Click “resend” to send the invitation again.
- Click “copy” to grab the invitation link and send it manually if needed.
Once the invitation has been sent, the teacher needs to Accept the Invitation.
