Redeeming a Voucher

Jolly Classroom can be activated by entering Voucher Codes.

Voucher Codes are provided by our sales team, and our local distributors across the world.

Voucher codes unlock Jolly Classroom on a Trial, or Annual basis.

Redemption Process

When you communicate with a sales team and ask about Getting a Trial , they will generate a voucher, that will be emailed to you.

This is an example email.

The code can be copied and entered into Jolly Classroom, or you can click on the link.

There are three ways to redeem a voucher inside Jolly Classroom:

1. During Signup – Click the link in your email before creating an account, and the voucher will be applied automatically during the signup process.
2. After Signup – via Link – If you already have an account, clicking the voucher link from your email while logged in will apply it directly.
3. After Signup – from Settings – You can also go to Account Settings → Subscription, paste in your voucher code, and redeem it manually.

Clicking the link in the email will take you to the authentication page.

Tip

The voucher will be filled in automatically to the signup process.

You can also add the voucher manually by clicking the ‘Add Voucher’ button and enter the voucher code in the dialog. After clicking on ‘Add Voucher’ here the system will automatically check for it and close the dialog if it’s correct.

You’ll need to choose a signup method next. You can use your email or a third-party login, either option works.

After signup the voucher will be applied to your account and your account will have immediate access to the platform.

Redemption From Link

If you’re already logged into Jolly Classroom, clicking the link in the voucher email will take you directly to the redemption page:

The system will automatically detect the voucher code and display its details.

Simply click “Redeem” to apply the voucher to your school’s account.

Redemption From Settings

You can also redeem a voucher manually from the settings:

1. Go to Account settings → Subscription.
2. Locate the card labeled “Enter Voucher Code.”
3. Paste your voucher code into the input field and click “Redeem Voucher.”

The system will validate the code and display its details.

Click “Redeem” to apply it to your school.
