Cancelling a Card Subscription

Card subscriptions are managed through Stripe. You cancel from the Stripe billing portal, which you reach from inside Jolly Classroom.

  1. Open the Subscription page

    Click Subscription in the sidebar. Make sure you’re logged into the account that holds the subscription.

  2. Open Subscription Details

    Click Subscription Details. This opens the Stripe billing portal in a new window.

  3. Cancel the plan

    In the Stripe portal, click Cancel plan.

  4. Confirm

    Confirm to finish. Your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period, then it won’t renew.
