How to manage my classes

In Jolly Classroom, there are two roles for teachers

• Teacher Administrator
  • Teacher

Teacher Administrator

You are a teacher administrator if you created your account without having been invited by another teacher. You can use Jolly Classroom either as an individual or as a team. If you choose the latter, to recruit another teachers to your team, they need to provide you their emails, so you can invite them via School Settings where you are able to manage classes and your team.

You can let other member of your team to replace you as Teacher Administrator in School Settings > School > Account Admin (click on Edit). This action cannot be undone, and you will have to request your substitute to get the permissions back.

Teacher

You, as a teacher, belong to a school team which is managed by your Teacher Administrator.

If you need to make some modifications to your class, you will need to contact the Teacher Administrator. You can verify who is your Teacher Administrator from the Teacher Settings.
